Customs fees for shipments outside the European Union are responsibility of customers.
Shipping to Portugal within 2-4 business days.
Shipping to European Union within 5-7 business days.
Shipping to the rest of the world within 10-14 business days.
We will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. However, these delivery times are approximate as we can’t guarentee that there will not be occasional delivery delays.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Product exchanges and returns can be made within 15 days, if the product shows no sign of being used.
Must present the respective labels, packaging and accessories that were delivered with it. If not reunited all this criteria the exchange or return may be refused.
The shipping costs of sending items for exchanges or returns are borne by the costumers, with exceptions provided (error in the order or defective order).
